Adrian Gazivoda

Adrian Gazivoda represents a new generation in the leadership of Montesalina International, one of the most recognizable salt factories in the region. Continuing the family tradition started by his father, the company’s founder, Adrian combines decades of experience with a modern approach to management, innovation, and brand development.

He graduated from the Polytechnic Faculty in Podgorica, where he also completed a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, and is successfully completing his doctoral studies at the University of Belgrade.

Under his leadership, the company is focused on market expansion, production modernization, and strengthening exports, while maintaining the core values that form the foundation of Montesalina International’s business.

Ljubo Gazivoda

Ljubo Gazivoda is the founder and long-time vision bearer of Montesalina International, formerly known as L&L Company. He graduated from the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy in Belgrade, where he acquired a strong foundation in chemical and process engineering.

He began his professional career as an engineer and later as Technical Director at the Bajo Sekulić Saltworks, where he spent years advancing salt production technology and organizational processes. After many years of experience and successful work, he was appointed General Director of the state-owned Bajo Sekulić Saltworks, a position he held until 2005.

That same year, he resigned and founded his own company, now known as Montesalina International – a symbol of continuity, experience, and dedication to the production of the highest-quality Montenegrin salt.

With more than 40 years of experience in private business, Ljubo Gazivoda remains one of the most recognizable names in the domestic salt industry and an example of leadership in the development of Montenegrin entrepreneurship.
